It is rare to encounter a top-notch home inspector like Kaveh Hosseini. My husband and I have purchased five homes and Kaveh's inspection was far superior to the other inspectors' work. Kaveh spent over 4 hours with us inspecting the prospective home, carefully evaluating everything about the house, inside and out, and explaining the actions needed to rectify each problem. A bit of a delayed post as he inspected back in July 2025 but he was excellent and I would recommend him to all my friends. So much more thorough and knowledgeable than another well reviewed home inspector we had for our first home back in 2017. He spent over 4 hours and we appreciated that he took his time. He gave us an excellent report and we were able to get a sellers credit and we keep referring back to the report for maintenance of our house. We have also been able to send snippets of the report to get estimates of fixes and they all agree that these were great catches by our inspector. Our real estate agent said she hasn't seen a more thorough inspection than ours and said we made a great inspector choice.
